Since 1999, Trinidad Coffee Company has handcrafted artisan coffee from our boutique roastery in Southern California.
Here, we operate with a simple objective: to source the world’s finest beans and honor their unique attributes by roasting them to perfection, thereby unlocking the prized characteristics lying within.
To fulfill our mission, we must take on many roles. We are seekers. We are perfectionists. We are scientists. We are artisans. But above all else, we are roasters.

Having achieved near-perfect scores of 99% in the Food Safety Plan and 98% in the Facility Review sections of our HACCP audit, Trinidad Coffee Company is fully invested in the safety of our roasting operations and the products we sell.
